This policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services purchased from Reservations Assistance.

1. Service Fees

Our service fees cover consultation, planning, and reservation assistance and may be:

  • Non-refundable once services have begun
  • Partially refundable at our discretion

2. Supplier Refunds

Refunds related to flights, hotels, or trains are governed by the policies of the respective travel providers.

  • We do not control supplier refund decisions
  • Processing times depend on the provider
  • Airlines and hotels may impose penalties

3. Cancellation Before Service Delivery

If you cancel before we begin work:

✔ You may be eligible for a full or partial refund
✔ Administrative fees may apply

4. Cancellation After Booking Assistance

If cancellation occurs after reservations are processed:

  • Service fees are generally non-refundable
  • Supplier rules determine eligibility for travel refunds

5. No-Show Policy

Failure to use confirmed travel services may result in:

  • No refund from suppliers
  • Forfeiture of paid amounts

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within:

7–14 business days

Actual receipt time depends on your payment provider.

7. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized disputes may delay future service eligibility.
